Excellent customer services! When my prescription sunglasses got held up at the lab, Jeremy and Shannon went above and beyond in customer care by shipping my sunglasses next day delivery to make sure I had them before leaving on vacation. Thanks guys!

New Vision has been amazing! The doctor and staff are very friendly and helped me pick frames when I was indecisive. A week after picking up my frames, I stepped on them! The legs of the frames had bent all up over the lenses. They looked unsalvageable, but the lovely woman who helped me today was able to fix them up like new. No charge! Very thankful to New Vision for their care and kindness!
